Every order from SNARKAZM is sent to fulfillment immediately upon the order being placed. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Be sure to check size charts prior to ordering. In the unlikely event a return is authorized, the customer pays all return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We offer a 100% refund or free replacement if the item arrives damaged or misprinted within 30 days. We can be reached at customerservice@snarkazm.com. Please include your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged or defective or misprinted item that you received and we will respond promptly.
